Medicated food with Veterinary Prescription. Medicated with: Premaxol No. 273/01/10NFVPT 2.5 kg/ton. Active ingredients: Amoxicillin 0.25 g/kg; Colistin sulphate 0.1 g/kg. Authorities responsible for medicinal products: Univete SA Rua D. Jerónimo Osório 5 1400 Lisbon. Indications: primary and secondary bacterial infections, caused by microorganisms Gram-positive and Gram-negative. Duration of treatment: 3 to 5 days. Withdrawal period: 1 day before slaughter for meat and offal. Do not use in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption. Do not use: in polygastric animal ruminant function; in animals known hypersensitivity to the active and/or carrier substances; in animals with renal and/or hepatic impairment and in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption. Warning: Dangerous for animals of the equine species, rabbits and turkeys. This feedingstuff contains an ionophore: the simultaneous use with certain medicinal substances can be contraindicated. During handling the contact should be avoided, with special care for people allergic to penicillin. They are due to use appropriate PPE and not eating, smoking and drinking.

Administer food “ad libitum”, always with good quality water. Warning: Dangerous for animals of the equine species. This feedingstuff contains an ionophore. Avoid simultaneous use with tiamulin and monitor the possible occurrence of adverse rections when used concurrently with other medicinal substances. Administration: Prohibited at least 1 day before killing
